Full Service Wedding Planning:

This is the package where wedding dreams turn into reality… and all that jazz! We begin with a meeting to envision your perfect day from start to finish. From there we design and plan every detail. On wedding day we coordinate every element to ensure an unforgettable and stress-free day for you and your loved ones. From pinterest board ideas to the sparkler send-off, we got you covered!

  • Unlimited communication (texts/emails)
  • Helpful planning checklist
  • Development of wedding theme/vision (inspiration board)
  • Vendor Recommendations + Contract Review
  • Creation of Timelines for Vendors and VIPs
  • Venue walkthrough & assume point of contact for all vendors
  • Managing the venue plan & layout (set-up, breakdowns, and room turnover)
  • Coordination of ceremony rehearsal
  • Onsite day-of services and coordination with assistant for up to 13 hours
  • Execute event day according to timeline and ensure all vendors are accounted for

Wedding Coordination:

If you’re a bride who knows what she wants but is struggling to see it all come together, this package is for you! Four pre-wedding meetings are scheduled to discuss your vision, the details, and event logistics.  On wedding day we coordinate every element to ensure a stress-free day for you and your family. From the final design details to advice and guidance, we are here to help you end your wedding day with ease! 

*Does your venue require a coordinator? Secure this service up to 90 days prior to your wedding date.

Special Event Planning:

From start to finish we are here to ensure your Quinceañera, Anniversary, Birthday, or Holiday Party goes off without a hitch! We will have three planning meetings to discuss the vision and logistics of your special day.  Enjoy a stress-free event with loved ones and friends while we coordinate all the details behind the scenes.*
