The excitement of being engaged can quickly wear off when you begin to think about all the various things needed for a wedding. Whether you’ve been planning since grade school or overwhelmed by the styles and trends, a wedding planner is there to help your vision become clear. With All That Jazz Events in your corner, you’ll have an industry professional to answer every question and coordinate every detail, so you and your family can enjoy a stress-free planning process from start to finish.
A venue coordinator’s main priority is the safety of the venue, with ATJ Events our main priority is YOU! Some venues require a Day-of-Coordinator (DOC) for that very reason, you need someone solely responsible for the execution of the event. ATJ Events are with you from start to finish on wedding day; we make sure you’ve eaten and are well hydrated, we fluff your dress before going down the aisle, we show you to cut your cake, we pack your getaway car and so much more!
It’s a short list; but nonetheless, All That Jazz Events will not transport high ticket items such as the cake or wedding/quince dress. We will not serve any alcohol or food to guests. We are unable to run errands, fulfill the role of another licensed vendor, and/or pick up or drop off rentals. Our contract will outline these and other event-specific restrictions.
Absolutely! All leaders need a right-hand man, and we are no different. At least one assistant will work with Jazzy on event day.
Wedding and Quinceañera rehearsals are included in our services!* We work in tandem with your officiant so everything runs smoothly. Different cultures and event venues require different ceremonies, so we are flexible with what our role looks like during ceremonies
